If you are inside the United States the normal shipping time is between 2 to 4 working days for packaging, in addition to the method of shipping you choose.  If you are outside the United States it can take anywhere from 1 - 3 weeks.

 For us to provide you with the best possible packaging to keep damage at a minimum,  the shipping and handling charges will be calculated and added to your invoice with your approval.

Please note: rush delivery will help reduce shipping time, however normal processing times still apply.

We can ship your order by means of United States Postal Service, United Parcel Service, Federal Express, DHL or any service that picks up from New Hope PA.
 Please Note: Customs duties and other import taxes on orders shipped outside the United States are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees do not include taxes or importing fees or duties of any kind.

Every effort is made to ship your order as soon as possible, but we cannot guarantee these time frames due to the delivery system, especially during holidays and peak periods. If there is a rush situation, please call us in advance.

Customer satisfaction is our priority. Full refunds are given if you are not 100% satisfied with the purchase. Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of receipt, otherwise all sales are final thereafter. Returned items must be in the same condition as when they were shipped. To obtain a refund, please return the product after you have received authorization, prepaid to the address below. Include your name, address, phone number and Order ID number so we can locate your order in our system.
